Bill and Melinda - A Brief Background

Bill Gates and Melinda chose to separate paths after dissolving a marriage that lasted the span of 27 years, the couple tweeted that its a mutual decision.

"After a great deal of thought and a lot of work on our relationship, we have made the decision to end our marriage," they tweeted.

If anyone is not familiar with Bill Gates, here is a brief background for them:

Bill Gates is the one who revolutionized the digital initiative through the advent of his famously reputed co-founded company Microsoft, which provided the mechanism of Operating System - Windows to control the power machines can harness.

He is one of the richest people in the world and currently according to Forbes, he is ranked 4th among the riches of the world. He has done a great deal of philanthropic work as well and founded an organization, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, to battle the diseases and to work on the vaccination process across third world countries.

Melinda worked in Bill's company - Microsoft in the early days where they met for the first time. The initial professional interaction was converted into a romantic partnership which lasted for 27 years and resulted in their three children and the birth of the noble organization, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation which is helping the under-privilege to fight against the nasty diseases.

Bill and Melinda in the 27 years they have been together having done some incredible works and social services. They have founded the Bill and Melinda gates foundation in the year 2000. Now, this organization has an endowment fund of about $49.8 billion.

They have been in service of the people together within this organization and fighting poverty, disease, and inequity all across the globe for the betterment of the world. A cause worth appreciating. This organization's presence will keep on reminding the world that they were once together and when they were they did a great job which had laid a positive imprint on the lives of millions globally. 

Summary

Bill and Melinda have chosen to separate their path to living and explore a different side of themselves, but the noble cause which they had initiated in the form of the Bill and Melinda gates foundation will keep on working for the betterment of the societies and the whole world. 

We all are evolving over time, our thoughts and vision. This dissolution of marriage is a clear indication that we can not remain the same, and for good. The paths which were once dearest are now the least favorite.
